Company Codes and Parents

Transactions are recorded using Company Parent and Child codes.

Parent: Used for reporting and consolidation purposes, where appropriate.
Child/Company Codes: Used for capturing transactions.

Oracle Enterprise Structure

The Oracle Enterprise Structure is maintained in the Hierarchy Management Tool (HMT). The Oracle Enterprise Structure can be accessed at the link below:

Step	Action	Illustration
1	Copy and paste the link into a browser address bar. Click Enter.
2	The Enterprise Structure opens on the screen.
3	Click the links to find the company parent/child information needed.

Access Denied

The Oracle Enterprise Structure location is a very sensitive folder that is not accessible for everyone in the Remington. If access to the Oracle Enterprise Structure report is denied, then complete a Service ticket to gain access.
