02 Sales Recap Report

These instructions explain how to generate the daily report: "02_Sales_Recap" in the Oracle Business Intelligence Catalog.

 

Step Action Illustration

From the dashboard, click Tools and select Reports and Analytics.

 

The Reports and Analytics page appears.

 Click the Browse Catalog button.

 The Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI) Catalog opens in a new browser tab.

 Click the arrow next to the following:
  • Shared Folders
  • Custom
  • Financials
  • REM Hotels
  • Daily Reports
  • Then click Daily.
 
The available Custom Daily reports appear in the right-hand pane.

 Locate the 02_Sales_Recap report and click Open.
 
The Parameters pop-up appears.

 Enter the following parameters and click OK:
  • Period Name (Format: Mar-17)
  • TransactionDate (Format: 2017-03-01)
  • CompanyCode (for a complete list of Company Codes, click here)
 
The Opening 02_Sales_Recap_Daily_RECAP.xls window displays.

 The Open with Microsoft Excel radio button enables by default. Click OK.
 
The 02_Sales_Recap report appears in Excel.

 View the 02_Sales_Recap report in Excel.
