Access Monthly Workbook through FRC Workspace

 

Use the following steps to access the monthly workbook through Workspace.

From the Dashboard, click Financial Reporting Center. The Financial Reporting Center page opens.

On the right side of the page, click the Task icon and select Open Workspace for Financial Reports.
 
The Oracle Enterprise Performance Management System Workspace opens in a new browser window.

Click File, then Open from the drop down menu, and select BI Dialog. The Open pop-up appears.

In the Folders section, drill down to and select the FRC_MonthlyWorkbook folder through the following path:
 

Shared Folders

    Custom

         Financials

              REM Hotels

                   Monthly Reports

                        Monthly Workbook

                              FRC Monthly Workbook

On the right side of the pop-up, scroll down to select Monthly Workbook (green book icon) and click OK.
 
The Monthly Workbook - View tab appears with a list of available reports.

Click the AccountingPeriod: AccountingPeriod tab. The Preview User Point of View pop-up appears.

In the Name section, drill down and select the desired accounting period and click OK. The selected accounting period appears in the AccountingPeriod tab.

Click the Company: Company tab. The Preview User Point of View pop-up appears.

In the Members tab, drill down and select the desired company and click OK. The selected company name appears in the Company tab.

Click File, navigate to Open In, and select Complete Book in PDF.
 
The Monthly Wookbook appears in PDF format.

Click the command prompts in the top right corner to print, download, bookmark or change views of the PDF.

When finished with the report, close the current browser window. A warning pop-up appears indicating that the data will not be saved if you leave the page.

Click Leave Page. The Financial Reporting Center page appears, and the process is complete.
